The Health Promotion Services formed a voluntary peer education program to provide compassionate, confident University of San Francisco students with the opportunity to make a difference in the USF community.
Peer educators play an integral role in maintaining a healthy USF community. For students struggling to find their place on campus or develop healthy habits, peer educators act as credible, non-judgmental resources that can influence the behavior of their peers. Every semester, the Health Promotion Services recruits peer educators, who will volunteer their time to work in our department.
