Student Housing and Residential Education (SHaRE) offers six Graduate Assistantships over the course of one academic year. In order to qualify, individuals must be accepted into a USF graduate program and maintain full-time student status while serving in this role.
Assistant Residence Directors (ARD)
The Assistant Residence Director position is a 10-month, live-on role. The Assistant Residence Director supervises and schedules a 24-hr Front Desk staff, assists in the supervision of the Resident Advisor (RA) staff, and may serve as the programming and facilities liaison for the building. Assistant Residence Directors also serve in the duty rotation and are first-responders to crisis situations on campus.
