Student Senate

“We, the graduate students of the University of San Francisco, in order to best express our rights and interests, hereby establish a representative body of student governance, providing a forum for all graduate students’ voices. We do so to protect the well‐being of our community, to further the Jesuit mission of the University of San Francisco, and to develop and promote socially responsible leadership for the future."
— From the Preamble of the Graduate Student Senate Constitution

The Graduate Student Senate was formed to foster a collegial, productive, and respectful relationship between the administration and the graduate student body. Any issues that influence or affect graduate student life at USF are open to discussion and consideration by this body. Representation from each of the graduate schools and the regional campuses ensures a fair and expansive forum.
