Tiffany
Linton Page earned her PhD from the University of California,
Berkeley in Sociology. Her dissertation is entitled "The Troubled
Transition to Socialism in Petro-States: Building State Capacity
and Expanding Popular Participation in Venezuela's
Agrarian Reform." She has taught courses in Sociology, Research
Methods, Political Economy, Social Change in Latin America, and
Development and Globalization at Berkeley and the College of San
Mateo. Tiffany is fluent in Spanish and familiar with Portuguese
and French, and has published articles and presented papers on
Brazil, Chile, Venezuela, and Cuba.
