Angela Blackwell has been teaching English as a Second Language for
more than thirty years. She has taught in Ireland, the UK, France
and Spain as well as in the United States. She holds a B.A. in
English and French from University College Dublin, Ireland, a
Diploma in TEFLA from International House London and an M.A. from
San Francisco State University. She is also an experienced teacher
trainer and has worked on numerous pre- and in-service training
programs both in the United States and overseas. She has
collaborated on several textbooks for ESL/EFL, including True
Colors (Pearson), and English Knowhow and Open
Forum (Oxford University Press).
