Brad Washington received his doctorate in 2010 from the University
of San Francisco in International and Multicultural Education with
an emphasis in Second Language Acquisition. Before joining the ESL
Program, he worked with students and faculty at East China Normal
University exploring higher education reform initiatives in the
People's Republic of China and collaborated with
administrators at Xi'an Jiaotong University City College
regarding English instruction strategies in the classroom.
