Damon Dukakis

In July 2009, after spending 3 successful years with the Cal ISP Sports Network, Damon was promoted to General Manager. Damon's tenure with ISP began in February 2006 when he started as an Associate GM for the Cal Golden Bears. His successful start with the company resulted in a promotion to Senior Associate GM and then in 2008 to General Sales Manager. In this role, Damon is responsible for all aspects of corporate sales, fulfillment and various operational duties. Damon previously served as the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs at Portland State University for two years before joining ISP. He also previously worked at Sacramento State as the Director of Athletic Marketing & Promotions. Damon received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of California, Santa Barbara and his Masters in Athletic Administration from Saint Mary's College.
