Mark Fisher is responsible for the execution of all legal and
compliance related matters for Thomas Weisel Partners Group,
including managing a group of 15 people and overseeing annual legal
spend in excess of $10,000,000.
Prior to this he was an Associate in the Financial Institutions
Group at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP where he led, negotiated,
documented and managed all aspects of public and private mergers
and acquisitions, public and private securities issuances, the
development of new products and services and the resolution of
regulatory matters for a global roster of financial institutions
that included 11 of the top 25 non-U.S. financial institutions and
9 of the top 25 U.S. financial institutions.
