Lynn Perkins has a B.A. in
communications/public relations from California State University,
Chico; an M.A. in English, with a concentration in TESL from San
Francisco State University; and a Master of Nursing from the
University of San Francisco. She has taught ESL in Japan and the
United States and trained teachers in Sweden and the United States.
She has taught all levels and all skills, with a concentration in
oral communication skills. She has taught ESL and Public Speaking
at the University of San Francisco since 1990.
