Al Ferrer

Mr. Ferrer, professional and motivational speaker, began his career as a successful Division I baseball coach. He remains the University of California at Santa Barbara's winningest coach. He is a 2012 inductee to the UCSB Athletic Hall of Fame. More than 100 of his players have continued their careers professionally and more than 20 have played in the Major Leagues. It was his extensive coaching experience and success that helped the development of the UCSB Sport Management Program.

As a result of the Sport Management Program and his Sport Celebrity Series, Al has placed more than 800 students in internships in university and professional sport environments. He is CEO/President of Linea Consulting which has provided interpreters for many MLB teams and Sport Agencies.
