Timothy Loney

Term Assistant Professor

Tim has over 35 years of experience in teaching, OD and change management consulting (internal and external), managing and directing HR, training, change management, and quality programs. In the HROD and MSOD programs he has taught the following courses: Organizational Behavior, Diagnosis and Change; Organizational Analysis, Diagnosis, and Change: Designing Organizational Change; Foundations of OD Practice; OD Interventions; Group Process, and Capstone Project.

Tim's articles on change management have been published in Quality Digest, International J. of Public Administration, Personnel Journal, Public Administration Review, Public Manager, and Public Personnel Management Review. Tim has presented in conferences of the American Society of Quality, International Society of Performance and Instruction, Academy of Management, American Society of Public Administration and the International Personnel Management Association.
