Kathleen Fletcher
Term Assistant Professor
Kathleen has been associated with the nonprofit management
education program at USF for over 20 years. She began teaching as
adjunct faculty in the Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA)
program in 1986 and became Program Director for the Nonprofit
Management Program in 2005.
Prior to her current role at USF, she had been a consultant,
trainer, and researcher in nonprofit management for over 25 years,
specializing in nonprofit governance, strategic planning, and
program evaluation. Besides teaching in the MNA program, she has
taught courses in nonprofit governance to MBA students at the Haas
School of Business, UC Berkeley. Her research activities have
included studies on board/executive relations, ethnic diversity on
nonprofit boards, and nontraditional board structures and
practices.
