David Scalise

Professor

Dave Scalise is a Full Professor of Business Law at the University of San Francisco and for many years has taught Business Law courses. He has taught Intellectual Property (trademarks) and International Business Law and Transactions in China and Italy. His recent research areas of interest are Trademarks, Trade Dress, Contracts, and Mediation.
