Sarah K Burgess
Assistant Professor
Sarah Burgess works at the intersections of
rhetorical theory, political theory, legal theory, and philosophy.
She studies how individuals gain a voice in law through practices
of legal recognition. At USF, she teaches classes in legal
rhetoric, gender and sexuality, and social movements. She is also
the Director of Gender and Sexualities Studies.
