David
Wolber received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of
California, Davis. His areas of interest include collaborative
systems, programming by example, internet systems, and political
software. He is the Founder and CTO of Peoplicious.com and the
Director of the Transparency in Government Project at
USF.
