Carolyn
Brown received her Ph.D. in English from the University of
California-Davis.Her specialization is
Shakespeare and Renaissance / Early Modern literature, from a
feminist, psychoanalytic, historicist, and /or political
perspective.She has published in
several anthologies on Shakespeare and the following
