Homework

• Prepare written solution to each problem before class
• We will work each problem on the blackboard in its entirety
• You should make corrections to your homework and retain for future reference

• Each exam will consist of multiple choice questions and problems

Project

• Evaluation of a Corporation’s Annual Report
• Form Group (3 - 4 individuals)
• Select Company
• Obtain Annual Report and Additional Information
• Obtain Financial Ratios for the Industry (SIC)

Project

• Written Analysis (see examples of work from previous semesters)
• In class presentation
• 5 - 10 minutes per group
• Summary of analysis and stock recommendation

Grading

• Mid-Term 30%
• Project 30%
• Final Exam 40%
