These great cheesecakes were made by John Estrin. They are NOT fat free, but sometimes the fat and calories are worth it. Flavors of cakes shown here are Black Forest, Chocolate Mint, and Orange Ginger. All were as scruptuous as they look and sound.

We all ate the cheesecakes and were feeling pretty jolly afterwards. Makes one wonder if John used any secret ingredients! Be sure to click on John's name if you need help or have any questions about his recipes.
