Nokia
The WAP Toolkit for developing applications can be downloaded from http://www.forum.nokia.com/

Phone.Com
Have an UP.SDK for application developers that can be downloaded from http://updev.phone.com/ Also features a white paper stating why developers should use Phone.com's software development kit in preference to any others.

An independent survey of these four SDKs found them to be very similar. This survey was featured in the excellent Wireless Data News Surveillance Report (WDNSR) (Mobile Lifestreams is a reseller of this publication. See http://www.finnevo.fi/99072319.htm for sample copies and a subscription form).

Motorola
