TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT
Stephen Morris has consulted on a number of telecommunications
and information systems. These projects included: producing studies
of video conferencing costs, installation and implementation for
small to medium-size companies; producing studies for distance
learning applications, multimedia applications, authoring software,
and inventory control and analysis; helping set up a telecommunications
network for mid-sized companies which included 56 kb point-to-point
communications, frame relay, switched 56 services, T-1 connections,
routers, etc. He has also been editor of an electronic newsletter
on Satellite Telecommunications;
MANAGEMENT/QUALITY CONSULTANT
Stephen Morris has been a Certified Quality Auditor and has done
ISO 9000 consulting for both telecommunications and manufacturing
companies; taught courses for ISO9000 certification, ISO9000 Internal
Auditors, and Certified Quality Auditing preparation. He has taken
courses in ISO 9000 Lead Auditor Training; ISO 9000 Internal Auditor
Training; Benchmarking; and the Malcolm Baldrige Award Criteria.
