Summer Conference Clients

Year round USF offers meeting facilities to external organizations seeking a site for educational, professional and corporate meetings and events. During the months of June, July and part of August residential facilities for up to 600 people are also available for both short term and long term summer conference groups.

Meeting facilities range from college classrooms to full service conference and performance facilities able to accommodate up to 400 attendees. Classrooms come equipped with overhead projectors, vcr/monitors and writing boards, while conference facilities can be set up in an array of different settings from reception/banquet style to lecture and small group settings. A full range of sound equipment options are available as well as a variety of instructional aids such as computers, LCD, slide and overhead projectors. A full service caterer is available to accommodate all your food and beverage needs.

Accommodations are designed to be conducive to both work and relaxation. Facilities range from student residential halls to upscale condominium and apartment style housing. Facilities are comfortable, attractive, well maintained, and reasonably priced. Telephones, voicemail, daily housekeeping service and internet access are all services clients can request. Many of the guest rooms have panoramic city and bay views. Conference groups can purchase a meal plan customized to meet their particular needs. There is a cafeteria able to accommodate all conference guests with meal plans and a full service caterer able to serve an array of food and beverage options in meeting and conference facilities throughout the campus.

All summer conference guests can utilize this outstanding recreational and fitness facility. Facilities include racquetball courts, Olympic size pool, two gymnasiums, lounges, a cardio-vascular pavilion, weight rooms, a myriad of exercise class and physical therapy facilities.

Parking and Transportation Services

Parking passes can be purchased for guests. However parking facilities are limited and public transportation is strongly encouraged. Shuttle service can also be arranged to transport participants throughout the campus.
