This office provides an array of support services to serve the university community. The Information Desk handles all incoming general calls, directing these calls and visitors to appropriate resources campus-wide. The desk also serves as central lost and found, forwarding lost items to Public Safety. Event Services supports the campus community in planning events ranging from small group meetings to large special events. They manage a variety of meeting facilities, providing customized room set-ups in the large conference facilities and coordinating the lending of tables, chairs and sound equipment for client use around the campus. The McLaren complex is a multipurpose facility, accommodating up to 600 guests for a reception, and can be partitioned into three smaller rooms for 100-200 people per room. There are several rooms in the University Center that are ideal for small meetings, and the Maraschi Room in Xavier Hall can be set up for numerous types of events accommodating about 150 people. Harney Plaza is an outdoor facility for vendors, information stations, and special events. A full range of audio and visual equipment is available.

Lone Mountain Conference Center

The Conference Center provides a variety of meeting facilities on the Lone Mountain campus for administrative, professional and academic functions and conferences. This office also serves as the liaison for external groups holding conferences and meetings on the university campus. Meeting rooms can accommodate up to 250 people lecture style (Pacific Rim Room) and 100 people for formal dining (Handlery Room). There are a few smaller rooms ideal for groups ranging in size from 10 to 60 people. Each room is unique in design, and all setups are customized to meet the client's needs.A full range of audio and visual equipment is available

Bon Appetit operates USF catering services. They offer each guest or group many options to fit their individual needs. Bon Appetit is a full service caterer, able to customize menus for any and all occasions. If you wish to bring food and beverage to campus from an outside source written requests can be submitted to the Bon Appetit General Manager.

This office supports the university community in a wide range of ways. They are here to assist with all safety concerns, ensure all laws are adhered to, manage parking and transportation, as well as oversee the one-card system for the university campus. There will be times when you are required to use their services for your events. For example, if you are a student group and have over 50 people attending your event, you are required to inform Public Safety and request a Public Safety officer be present. Another example, alcohol may only be served at events with all attendees over the age of 21 years, and a Public Safety officer must be present. You will also need Public Safety if you are planning a special event and your attendees require parking. Their staff will work with you to locate parking, and arrange the necessary authorization. This office will also assist you in explaining any laws that pertain to your special event and the necessary processes for various city permits you may be required to obtain.

The Koret Health and Recreation Center is a state-of-the-art facility developed by the collaboration with alumni, special donors and the Koret Foundation. The Koret Center has provids a recreational and fitness environment for USF students, faculty, staff, alumni and center members. There are facilities available for league sports, special events, classes and personal fitness. This Center houses private racquetball courts, Olympic size pool, two gymnasiums, lounges, a cardio-vascular pavilion, weight rooms, a myriad of exercise class and physical therapy facilities.

This theater, known for its acoustics and ornate Gothic Revival proscenium, is a performance space able to accommodate up to 478 people. Recent house renovations, a flexible repertory lighting plot,
and traditional hemp rigging combine to create a facility for theater, dance, concerts, and lectures. The Presentation Theater's mission is to serve as a lively cultural arts venue that enriches the neighborhood,
the city and the University campus. The Theater hosts both international and national productions, as well as public University lectures and readings.

This department oversees all janitorial, engineering, building maintenance, gardening, grounds, campus mail service and all renovation and construction for the university. This office will assist with hanging special banners, arranging special cleaning services, solving heating, electrical or plumbing problems. This department will assist
with moving boxes and/or furniture set up in some facilities not regularly scheduled on the campus.

The Depot

The Depot is a student run store selling plants, flowers, greeting cards, miscellaneous gift items, assortments of candies, wrapping paper, gift bags, US postal stamps and all occasion greeting balloons. The store offers delivery service of flowers, balloons, decorations and plants throughout the campus for special occasions and events.
