External Organizations

The University of San Francisco offers a variety of meeting facilities year round for educational, professional and corporate meetings. Our campus is located in the heart of one of the world's most beautiful cities. It is accessible by a variety of bus lines and within walking distance from Golden Gate Park.

Policies

If there is an available room, a contract will be drawn up. A deposit of 50% of the total room cost is due three weeks after a making a reservation. If a reservation is cancelled more than three weeks prior to your event, the Lone Mountain Conference Center will refund your deposit.

All external organizations are required to carry general liability insurance of a minimum amount of 1 million dollars per occurrence. The Lone Mountain Conference Center needs to be added as an additional insurer.

All food and beverage service must be arranged with our contracted full service caterer.

No signs, banners or artwork can be taped, hung or stapled to the painted walls or curtains. If any decorations or wall hangings are desired arrangements can be made with our engineering department.

To park on the USF campus Monday through Saturday, parking passes are required. Parking is based on a first come, first serve basis at $6.00/day/permit. Passes can be arranged for in advance.

A full range of audio and visual equipment is available. You are also welcome to bring your own or use any external provider of these services you would like.
