Degree Evaluation Instructions

How do I obtain my Degree Evaluation?

1) Sign into USFconnect  using the login information at the bottom of your acceptance letter. Click "ok" when done.

Step 1                

2) Click on the tab titled "Student".

Step 2   

3) In Banner Self Service, "Click here".

Step 3 

4) Click on "Student Records".

Step 4  

5) Click on "Degree Evaluation".

Step 5 

6) Choose "Term" and click "Submit".

Step 6 

7) Click on the highlighted program under primary curriculum.

8) Click on "Generate New Evaluation" (at the bottom of the page).

Step 7 

9) Select "Program/Term" and click "Generate Request".

Step 8 

10) Click "Detail Requirements".

Step 9

11) Degree Evaluation will appear.
