Senior Director of Administration

Sarah Blackburn

Sarah supports the vice presidents of the Office of Development and the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) with strategic planning and division operations, including the management of each division's budget.

Tressa Crozier  
Program Assistant

Tressa Crozier

Tressa directly assists and supports Vice President for Communications and Marketing Dave Macmillan. She oversees the general administrative management of the office.

Dave Macmillan  
Vice President for Communications and Marketing

Dave Macmillan

Dave is responsible for USF's communications and marketing strategy and related programs. He is the compliance "enforcer" when it comes to the university's visual identity and brand messaging. He serves on the President's Cabinet and Leadership Team and staffs the Communications Steering Committee. "I'm delighted to be playing a part in strengthening the university's reputation," he says. "There is really strong support for campuswide, pro-active communications initiatives."

Gary McDonald  
Associate Vice President for Communications and Marketing

Gary McDonald

Gary serves as USF's primary spokesperson. He supervises the university's news operations, including USF News, USF Magazine, e-communications, and media relations.

Thomas Listerman  
Director of E-communications

Thomas Listerman

Thomas is responsible for USF's overall e-communication strategies for email marketing and social media. He manages and helps grow USF's official social media networks in venues such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Thomas also oversees USF's use and development of the iModules Encompass software for event registration, online giving, the online alumni network community, and email marketing to external audiences, and USFconnect emails to students, faculty, and staff.

Candice Novak

Candice is managing the daily updates to the university's social media sites and works with colleagues across campus to improve e-marketing and social media practices.

Anneliese Mauch

Anneliese directs all internal and external marketing strategies for USF, focusing on ways to produce a strong identity in the marketplace. She works with all five USF schools/colleges and many administrative units to develop and implement marketing and communications plans.

Ed is the USF Magazine news section editor. He writes and edits USF's online news content, writes and edits e-newsletter content, and writes and edits for USF Magazine. Anne designs a variety of print marketing materials for the university as a whole, as well as for its individual schools/colleges and offices, that support USF's brand and graphic identity. Projects range from brochures to T-shirts to banners, and are geared toward the university's constituent groups, including students, alumni, parents, donors, prospective students, and friends. She also helps design the printed and online editions of USF Magazine, the university's flagship publication.

Dale Johnston

Dale serves as USF's creative director and oversees the university's brand identity and visual style while managing the implementation of USF's new visual identity.

Eugene Vinluan-Pagal

Eugene manages the print publication workflow and intake for the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM). He also coordinates OCM's print and collateral jobs with external vendors. He teaches Adobe InDesign and graphic standards for USF's Center for Instruction and Technology.

Anne-Marie serves as USF's liaison to the news media and manages proactive and reactive media outreach. She works closely with the associate vice president for communications and marketing to set media strategy for USF's major initiatives and news announcements.

Paul Morrill

Paul produces videos for the university, as well as for its individual schools, colleges, and offices in support of USF's brand and visual identity. His projects include on-campus news makers, faculty biographies, promotional videos, and coverage of select events. He also provides video extras for USF Magazine, the university's flagship publication.
