Enrollment in the Payment Plan DOES NOT guarantee housing in USF Residence Halls.
To apply for housing, students must submit a Housing License Agreement and a
$300 housing prepayment to the Office of Residence Life. University policy states
that all Freshman and Sophomore students under 21 years of age as of September
1st of each academic year are required to live in USF Residence Halls.
