When are course orders due?
The current due dates of course orders for upcoming terms will always be posted on the faculty page of the Bookstore's site.

How can I submit a course order?
We have a few methods available to you:
1) hardcopy submission to the Bookstore
2) email
3) Online Adoptions (through the Bookstore's shopping website) - for instructions, go to our Faculty Tutorials section

Can I only order books for a course?
No; you can order whatever is necessary for your students: calculators, art supplies, heart rate monitors, etc.

Can I order a course reader? Do you do those?
 Certainly! Just contact us with your reader details and we can get things rolling for you. Please note, we need at least 2-4 weeks advance notice to ensure all copyrighted materials is cleared through by our reader production team, XanEdu. You can visit the XanEdu site to get started; they have a huge number of materials already pre-cleared through copyright so that you can get the ball rolling!

What is this textbook rental all about?
Any titles that are rentable will have a rental option listed on the shelf tag in-store or when ordering online. Any copy of that title (used or new) is available to rent out at a savings of up to 50% off the retail price. Students can write and highlight in the book and would return it by the due date for that semester. Check out our Rent-a-Text site for more details!

What forms of payment do you accept when I'm shopping for myself?
In-store:
American Express, Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, Gift Card and DonsDollars
Online:
American Express, Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard and Gift Cards

What forms of payment do you accept when I'm making departmental purchases?
In-store:
Purchase Requisitions and P-cards

What discounts for faculty/staff/departments are offered in the store?
For faculty and staff purchases, the discount is 10% off merchandise, gifts and books.*
For departmental purchases, the discount is 20%.*

*Certain exclusions apply. USF ID required to verify status.
