The Catholic Studies Interdisciplinary Minor helps you to carry out that exploration and broaden your understanding of Catholicism and its influence on contemporary society. The program invites analysis of the Church and the experience of Catholics from a variety of perspectives drawn from theology, philosophy, the natural and social sciences, history, literature and the arts. This integrated approach develops those critical skills necessary for on-going reflection on the richness and diversity of the human experience. Through this endeavor the university seeks "to create a campus-wide environment which values each individual, heightens ethical standards, instills a passion for justice and integrates faith with life."*
