Latino Alumni Society

The long-term strategic plan of the Latino Alumni Society includes the following goals:

1.

To develop and promote a community—personal, professional, and spiritual network of mutual support and friendship between USF Latino/Hispanic alumni, current students, faculty, staff and our community-at-large;

2.

To assist the university in its work to recruit and retain Hispanic/Latino students;

3.

To support the continued growth of the Saber es Poder Scholarship fund in assisting worthy Latino students at the university in their pursuit of higher education;

4.

To encourage USF to inform the community on issues relevant and important to the Latino/Hispanic community;

5.

To serve as advocates for the Latino community within the university as well as the global community, and to assume the responsibility associated with being integral contributors as well as beneficiaries of both.

Should you have any questions regarding Latino Alumni Society, or if you're interested in becoming an active part of our growing association, please feel free to contact us by email at alumni@usfca.edu or by phone at (800) 449-4873 or (415) 422-6431.
