Most course work will transfer to the University of San Francisco if it is from a regionally accredited institution. There is no limit to the total credits that can be transferred, however, students must meet the academic residency requirement in order to earn their degree.
Non-college-level coursework will not transfer to USF. Once admitted, you’ll receive access to an online degree evaluation detailing how previous course work meets USF graduation requirements. The time needed to complete your degree will depend on your total number of credits and their distribution toward USF curriculum requirements.
We have articulation agreements with over sixty California community colleges and other two-year institutions. These agreements specify some (but not necessarily all) of the courses that meet USF’s core curriculum requirements. Select a school below to view a PDF version of our agreement.
