Pay Online / Electronic Billing
Bills are available online only. An email notification is sent to the student's USFconnect account and to authorized payers each time the monthly statement is available.
- Fall semester bills are sent to pre-registered students in mid July and payment is due August 1st.
- Spring semester bills are sent to pre-registered students in mid December and payment is due January 2nd.
- Summer semester bills are sent to pre-registered students in late April and payment is due May 1st.
Students not registered prior to the billing period must be prepared to pay in full at the time of registration. For payment options, see “Financing your Education” by visiting www.usfca.edu/onestop and clicking on Student Accounts.

Also note: Microsoft released a new version of Internet Explorer 7. We have discovered that certain pages in QuikPAY do not render properly. We recommend that you continue to use previous Internet Explorer versions, or Firefox to access QuikPAY. An announcement will be posted as soon as the issue has been resolved.
