The Accomodation Process

Step 1:

• Student Discloses to Faculty

Step 2:

• Student does not have an accommodation letter from SDS
• Or the student does have an accommodation letter from SDS

Step 3:

• If they do not have an accommodation letter, refer the student to SDS
• If they do have an accommodation letter from SDS, faculty member and student meet to discuss arrangements as apporopriate. Continue to Step 4.

Step 4:

• Faculty member and student agree to arrangements for the semester.
• If the faculty member or student have further concerns regarding the student's disability or accommodations, contact SDS.
