Verification

Enrollment Certification

Students who need enrollment verification from the Office of the University Registrar must be registered and in good standing. Students should allow a minimum of two weeks for verification (certification) of registration.

USFconnect Users:

  1. Log on to USFconnect.
  2. Click on the "Student" or "Alumni" tab.
  3. Under the "Student Self Service Link," click on "Click here to:"
  4. Under the "Student Records" menu, click on "Official Transcript and Enrollment Certificate Ordering."
  5. After selecting "Current Enrollment" or "All Enrollment" click on "Obtain an Enrollment Certificate."

Veterans Certifications

Enrollment certifications are processed each semester for those students receiving VA educational tuition assistance and benefits.

Degree Verification

The University of San Francisco has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree enrollment verifications. Contact the Clearinghouse at:
