- Request Information
First, request information about USF’s Undergraduate Evening programs. You can fill out the “Request Information” form by following the link above or by sending an e-mail to cps@usfca.edu, or to the regional campus in your area:

- Advising Appointment
Call for an advising appointment to discuss your qualifications, financial aid and to review your prospective program.

- Application
Submit your application after meeting with your advisor. You may send the following items to your advisor.
- Application form
- Application fee of $55 (Waived for students who submit $100 space reservation)
- All official, sealed college transcripts.
- Financial Aid
If you plan to apply for financial assistance, call the Financial Aid Office at (415) 422-6303 for a FAFSA (“Free Application for Federal Student Aid”) or apply for a federal student loan online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov
Use the following school code 001325 for USF
- Space Reservation
Send a $100 space deposit check to your advisor to reserve a space in the program. This deposit reduces your first tuition payment by $100.
- Application Status
For the status of your application, call your advisor. Upon acceptance you will receive a letter from the USF Admission Office.
- Attend the scheduled registration meeting at your selected regional campus.
- Attend the mandatory New Student Orientation at the San Francisco Campus. You will be notified of the time and date.
