STUDENT REGALIA & GUEST TICKET DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE

GRAD FINALE EVENT - Maraschi Room of Fromm Hall, (S.F. Campus)

Friday - April 4, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday - April 5, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• This event is ONLY OPEN to students who RECEIVE an INVITATION (to be mailed 3/24/08) to participate in the May 2008 commencement exercises. This is a drop-in event not a full day event.
• Photo ID required for entrance.
• Students will be able to:
  • Obtain their graduation regalia (cap and gown) and guest tickets. *
  • Obtain 10 complimentary graduation announcements. *
    *Your signature will be required to obtain your academic regalia, tickets and announcements.
  • Obtain an information packet.
  • Place an order for USF college rings and for diploma frames.
  • Place an order for personalized graduation announcements.
  • Enter drawing for "Door Prizes".
  • Meet representatives from Alumni Relations and Career Services.

Location: Gleeson Library - Atrium
Thursday - May 15, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday - May 16, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday - May 17, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
