Prospective Employer

Welcome to the University of San Francisco Student Employment Office. The office of Student Employment coordinates off campus work-study employment with qualified employers. Our primary services include job listings, work authorization, work study administration, job counseling and verification. If you are interested in participating in the University's off campus work-study program or would like to advertise a job, please download the documents listed below and return all the documents in the check list of items to return.

Employer Eligibility Forms to Complete Job Board
Off campus employers must meet
all of the following:

The agency must be a public, or
private non-profit organization as
certified by the IRS and the
Franchise Tax Board.

The function of the organization
and the job being offered to the
Work-Study recipient must be
performed in the public interest,
and be of benefit to the community.

Employment through the Work-
Study Program cannot displace
employed workers or impair
existing contracts for services.
