Most retreats take place over the weekend and offer time for reflection, rest and rejuvenation. The intention of the University Ministry Retreat Program is to develop spiritual leadership and create sacred spaces and opportunities for the USF and extended community to become reflective, spiritually attentive, engaged, rejuvenated, and active.
