Student Conduct Code - Section 7.2.7 Decision and Notification
The conduct officer or board will notify the student in writing through the student’s University email account of the decision and any sanction(s) imposed. If the violation was a crime of violence or nonforcible sex offense as defined by the Clery Act, the victim will also be notified of the outcome and applicable sanction(s). Students found responsible, or victims of crimes of violence or nonforcible sex offenses, may submit requests for appeal as described in Section 7.2.8 Appeals.
