Student Conduct Code - Section 7.2.5 Burden and Standard of Proof

Students alleged to have violated the Student Conduct Code or University Policy are presumed not to have violated the Student Conduct Code. The standard for determining a violation of the Student Conduct Code is that of “preponderance of the evidence” meaning a violation is more likely than not.
