New Students

New graduate and doctoral students should consult their school/college for orientation dates for their specific program.

Continuing Students

Approximately three weeks before Continuing Student Registration begins, continuing students receive a registration notice via their USFconnect email. This notice provides pertinent information regarding the registration calendar, payment dates, registration holds, and registration access times.

Access to web registration for Intersession 2013 and Spring 2013 begins Monday, November 5, 2012.

Doctoral and Graduate Intersession and Spring Schedule:

• Monday, November 5, 2012 (Begins 8:30 a.m.): College of Arts and Sciences
  
• Tuesday, November 6, 2012 (Begins 8:30 a.m.): School of Education
• Wednesday,  November 7, 2012 (Begins 8:30 a.m.): School of Nursing and Health Professions
  
• Thursday, November 8, 2012: School of Management (MBA Students are by registration access time only)

Some continuing students may have advising holds placed. Those students must see their advisers in order to clear the hold. Even students without holds are still encouraged to meet with their advisers to discuss their registration and their progress towards a degree.

Intersession 2013:
November 5, 2012: Intersession Continuing Graduate and Doctoral Student Registration begins (Please refer to Registration Schedule above).
January 2, 2013: Tuition due date for Intersession.. Methods of Payment. Classes begin.  Last day to register online.
January 3, 2013: Last Day to Drop with a 100% Refund for Intersession.  (Note: Refund dates may vary by course.  For more information on a specific course refund date, please visit the Class Schedule.)

Spring 2013:
November 5, 2012: Spring Continuing Graduate and Doctoral  Student Registration begins (Please refer to above breakdown).
January 2, 2013: Tuition due date for Spring.  Methods of Payment.
January 22, 2013: Spring classes begin.
January 25, 2013:  Last day to add online for Spring.
February 8, 2013:  Last Day to Drop with a 100% Refund for Spring. (Note: Refund dates may vary by course.  For more information on a specific course refund date, please visit the Class Schedule.)
