The Gender and Sexuality Center offers LGBTQ Allies workshops to the USF community every semester. These workshops are 3 hour programs that educate students, staff, and faculty about lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and ally issues and help to create a more inclusive and safe USF community. Whether you feel passionate about fighting homophobia, providing support for a friend or relative who identifies as LGBTQ, or if you just want to learn more for your own knowledge, we encourage you to register for a workshop. All are welcome!
Allies 2 (Prior completion of Allies 1 is required):
This workshop intended to deepen understanding and put into practice knowledge from Allies 1. You will
-Learn ways to be an ally within and beyond the USF community
-Become familiar with LGBTQ resources
-Learn basic facilitation and dialoguing skills
-Create a personal allyship action plan
Please register
