About Me:
I was born in Philadelphia, PA, and grew up in Rockville, Maryland. I have a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Oberlin College, a Master of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina, and a Master of Library Science from the University of Maryland.

Before joining USF in 2002, I worked in University of Maryland's Government Documents Department and at the World Resources Institute, an environmental thinktank.

My little girl, Zinnia, occupies most of my free time, but in the spare moments that I have, I like to read magazines, graphic novels, and do crafty things with paper, beads and fabric.
