Department of State Bureau of Economic, Energy and Business Affairs The Bureau of Economic, Energy and Business Affairs (EEB) formulates and carries out U.S. foreign economic policy, integrating U.S. economic interests with U.S. foreign policy goals.

Federal Reserve
