Who should use this database?

This site is useful to locate bibliographic citations and many full-text publications from the Environmental Protection Agency on all environmental issues.

What kinds of materials are referenced in the database?

EPA Publications Source includes three sites which provide access to Environmental Protection Agency publications, many of which are available in full-text. The National Service Center for Environmental Publications (NSCEP) offers a National Publications Catalog similar to the EPA Publications Bibliography. For full-text publications online, use the National Environmental Publications Internet Site (NEPIS), which includes over 7,000 archival and current EPA documents, or Publications on the EPA Site, which provides links to specific EPA division Web sites with full-text publications.

What years does the database cover?

NSCEP began in 1996, and NEPIS began in 1997. Coverage varies among the EPA division web sites.

Will I find full-text articles in the database?

Yes.
