If you are an individual with a permanent disability, you
may be eligible to obtain a discount on your 15-use Koret Rec Pass. You
may apply for a discount by following the procedures below.
When
purchasing your 15-use Koret Rec Pass, you must provide the following
documentation to the Koret Front Desk staff:
A Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) placard
computer printout ID card, plus a valid photo ID such as a California
Driver's License, California Identification Cards, passport or alien
registration card; or
Valid registration for a permanent disabled license plate, plus a valid photo ID, as described above; or
Current
San Francisco MUNI Discount Pass or a valid transit discount card
issued by a California transit agency, plus a valid photo ID, as
described above; or
SSI (Social Security) or State Disability
certification of permanent disability, plus a valid photo ID, as
described above. You are required to show your documentation each time
you purchase your pass.
