Erik is a nursing student and former Marine with an enthusiastic outlook on health and fitness. Erik's training methods stem from his core philosophy that the human body is the one thing in the world that an individual truly owns; therefore, it is paramount that one works to improve their body through a physically active and healthy lifestyle. He strives to formulate programs that encompass the specific goals of his clients. Erik will provide the necessary instruction and background knowledge to yield tangible results, boost one's confidence and overcome the many stressors of everyday life. His personal training instruction will improve your vitality and aid you in meeting your goals and true fitness potential. Melissa specializes in sport-specific training, working with children and teens, and designing workout programs for all ability levels. She teaches TRX on T @ 7am, Warrior Fit on M/W/F @ 12:15pm, and Spin & Sculpt on W @ 6:15pm. She is available for early morning personal training appointments, as well as special appointments on evenings and weekends. Melissa is a Kinesiology major at USF. Her previous experiences as an intern in the Sports Medicine Department/USF Athletics, member of the women's Rugby team, President of the Jiu Jitsu Sport Club, and a Summer Kids Kamp Coordinator at USF have given Melissa a diverse toolbox to access for working with clients of all ages and ability levels. She is also available for Body Composition analysis, free weight room orientations and working with special groups. (TRX, Mad Dogg)
Rosemary has taught fitness in all its forms for over a decade to groups and individuals in Los Angeles and the Bay Area. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise, Yoga Alliance, and the Physical Mind Institute. She practices Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vini yoga and has studied with Nikki Estrada and Maritza. She incorporates the two certifications to safely strengthen and lengthen the body using proper form to increase core strength and breath capacity. She teaches Pilates Mat classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 12:15pm, Yoga on Thursdays @ 7:30am and Fridays @ 9am and Body Sculpting on Fridays @ 6:45am at Koret.
