CPR & AED for Adult/Child/Infant (American Red Cross)*
This course will help
participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing
emergencies. The instructor covers skills that participants need to know to
give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced
medical personnel arrive and take over. Class
includes hands-on use of an AED, and practice performing rescue breathing and
chest compressions on adult and infant manikins.
Certification: American Red Cross Universal CPR/AED for Adult/Infant/Child
(valid for two years). *Koret classes are NOT VALID for USF Nursing Students
