Professional Development
Our learning opportunities provide staff, faculty and student employees with helpful tools and training for job success.
Please refer to the PD Calendar for a list of workshops available now. If you are interested in attending a session, please follow the appropriate link to register online.
Leadership Development
We are using the classic book: Leadership from the Inside Out, by Kevin Cashman and a discussion series format to strengthen leadership development within the following groups: the Vice Presidents, Provost’s Council, Leadership Team and designated, experienced managers. This book was selected because of its relevant and applicable content and values-centered approach which matches the mission and values of our Jesuit institution. The group discussion format promotes and enhances learning and creates opportunities to read, think, reflect, share, discuss, debate, and engage in coaching and hands-on practice over time.
Other leadership training opportunities are available internally, externally and online. Click here to see a current list.
