New Flexible Spending Account Vendor!
USF is now working with a new Flexible Spending Account (FSA) vendor in order to provide better participant services, improved online access, and smart phone applications.
Custom Benefit Administrators (CBA) manages FSA accounts for USF employees effective August 1, 2014. Existing "Benny" FSA debit cards from the previous vendor, Benesyst, were deactivated on July 18, 2014. Benesyst is no longer accepting paper claim forms. All FSA claims for medical and dependent care should now be submitted to CBA via Fax at (916) 303-7083 or email at email@example.com.
