you or a family member needs assistance balancing life's demands, or require
help with personal or family issues, you can contact CONCERN Employee
Assistance Plan (EAP) for help. The EAP is a confidential service that uses
short-term counseling and referrals (8 consultations per incident to help you deal with a variety of issues.
You and eligible members of your family are automatically covered by the EAP on
your benefits effective date. The entire cost of this program is paid for by
the University of San Francisco.
